Duties Include:
* Dough preparation and management
* Stone oven operation
* Quality control and plating consistency
* Ingredient preparation and stock rotation
* Maintaining food safety standards
Required Experience and Skills:
* At least 3 years professional experience in Neapolitan pizza‑making
* Skilled in traditional wood‑fired oven techniques
* Understanding of Italian pizza standards and processes
* Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume environment
* Strong communication and leadership abilities
