Exceptional opportunity for a Banking & Finance Lawyer to make the move to Current Zealand- This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington.
Role Profile
Our client is a top-tier Current Zealand firm and their banking practice is regarded as the market leader for the region.
Work on offer will include: sustainable finance, acquisition and leveraged finance, property finance, structured lending, securitisation, derivatives, project and infrastructure finance, insolvency and debt restructuring.
The role will involve working with leading sponsors, banks, non-bank lenders, and investment banks and domestic and international corporate enterprises.
Candidate Requirements
3+ PQE and a background in banking or financial services.
Team player and with strong client managementskills.
Passion for banking and finance law and be able to communicate with peers and clients at all levels.
