We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the Sydney region.
* You will be the primary point of contact for our customers in the Sydney region, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
* You will work closely with internal teams to deliver asphalt products and services to our customers within the Metro area.
* You will identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across the region, providing expert advice on our range of asphalt products and services.
* You will collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient delivery of asphalt to customers.
* You will monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.
* You will prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.
* You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* You will meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development is required.
* Strong knowledge of the asphalt industry and its products is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.
* You must be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* You should be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
* A full driver's license and willingness to travel within the Sydney and Greater Sydney region are necessary.
