About the Role
As Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of our culinary program, overseeing multiple food outlets and experiences across the venue, including:
* Steakhouse Restaurant – built on our passion for premium cuts and modern Australian cuisine
* Casual Dining – elevated pub classics with consistency, speed, and flair
* Functions & Events – from intimate celebrations to large corporate events in a high-capacity venue
You'll have the autonomy to shape and evolve menus that reflect both our local identity and premium direction. A talented kitchen team is already in place — now we're seeking a true leader, mentor, and innovator to take them to the next level.

What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head or Executive Chef in high-volume, multi-outlet venues
* A deep love and knowledge of premium beef and steakhouse-style cooking
* Creativity and technical skill to craft seasonal menus, daily specials, and signature dishes
* A strong leadership style focused on team development, consistency, and kitchen culture
* Solid understanding of food safety, stock control, and financial performance
* A hands-on, calm operator who thrives during peak service and leads from the front
