Lead the success of a soon to be newly renovated, premium fitness club. We're seeking an experienced and driven Club Manager to take ownership of Anytime Fitness Secret Harbour, guiding a passionate team, driving sales performance, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
This is a full-time leadership role with salary plus performance‑based bonuses, career progression opportunities, and the chance to manage a modern, premium club within Australia's largest fitness network.
This is not an entry‑level position – applicants must have previous experience in fitness club or similar management, with proven success in sales, customer service, and daily operations.

About the Role
We're looking for a driven and energetic leader who thrives on motivating teams, driving results, and delivering excellence. You'll oversee all club operations, lead your team to achieve sales and retention targets, and ensure every member enjoys an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team
* Drive membership growth and achieve retention and revenue targets
* Execute local area marketing strategies to build community engagement
* Oversee daily club operations, including cleanliness, maintenance, and member satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational procedures
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1–2 years in a fitness club or retail/service management role
* Proven success in membership sales and achieving KPIs
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive, hands‑on leadership style
* Current First Aid & CPR and Police check (or willingness to obtain)
