We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to join our Family Law team. As a PA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Family Law team and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Position Responsibilities
Some of your duties will include, but not limited to;
• General legal administration and file management including assisting with preparation of documents, reviewing and preparing correspondence, filing and task management
• Taking phone calls, diary and email management including arranging appointments, liaising with clients, Barristers and external parties
• Word processing and Dictaphone typing of legal documents and general correspondence
• Invoicing
• Assisting with process improvements
• Assisting with other firm-related tasks as necessary

Attributes
To secure this exceptional opportunity you will ideally have previous experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary in Family Law, or alternatively have a genuine interest in Family Law with a strong administrative background. You will be proactive, organized and have exceptional attention to detail. You will also demonstrate;
• Enthusiastic and dedicated approach showing initiative and willingness to learn;
• Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
• Advanced MS Office skills including fast and accurate typing skills (essential)
• High degree of diplomacy and discretion and an ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop rapport with others quickly and maintain positive relationships

• Ability to work autonomously and show initiative as well as within a team environment
• Previous experience with LEAP is advantageous though not essential
• Available to work onsite within the office, this is not a remote position
