Your role, your impact
As a Physiotherapist, you'll play a meaningful role in supporting people to live well, stay connected, and maintain their independence. Working across clinic, home and community settings, you'll deliver person-centred care that meets people where they are – helping them build confidence, improve mobility, and achieve what matters most to them.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver personalised, goal-focused physiotherapy care that supports people to live independently and safely
* Assess, plan and implement evidence-based treatments tailored to each person's needs and goals
* Support diverse communities across home, clinic and community settings to enhance mobility, wellbeing and participation
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, coordinated care
* Contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement to meet evolving community needs
About You
You're a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You bring a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to your practice and enjoy working with diverse communities, building strong relationships and supporting positive health outcomes.
You have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (or an equivalent qualification)
* Experience delivering physiotherapy services in clinical and/or community settings
* Strong clinical reasoning skills and evidence-based practice
* Confidence managing a caseload, with the ability to prioritise and organise effectively
* You communicate clearly and build positive, trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders
* A current state-based driver's licence
What Will Make You Stand Out
* Experience working with NDIS or Home Care Packages
* Exposure to neurological conditions
* Experience delivering care in community or home-based settings
