Community Kitchen Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for someone with commercial cooking experience, ideally in aged care, hospitality, or community settings. As a Community Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals for residents, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and upholding food safety standards, and supporting daily operations including site inspections, resident wellbeing, and emergency response.
What You'll Bring:
* Commercial cooking or chef experience, preferably in aged care, hospitality, or community settings
* Certifications such as Food Safety Supervisor and First Aid, as well as a current driver's licence
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, give constructive feedback, and communicate effectively across all levels
* Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting, cleaning, and kitchen prep
* Empathy, professionalism, and a passion for working in a community-focused environment
