The Pitcher Partners Private Wealth team is seeking an experienced and personable Private Client Adviser to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to work within a nationally respected firm, renowned for its commitment to client success, professional excellence, and team collaboration.
About the opportunity
As a Private Client Adviser, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of valued clients, delivering personalised, high-quality advice aligned to their goals. You'll be supported by a strong internal team, innovative technology, and a workplace culture that genuinely celebrates success and encourages growth.
As part of the Private Wealth team at Pitcher Partners, you will:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of high-calibre clients by providing tailored, strategic financial advice.
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, professional referrers, and internal stakeholders.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the continued growth and direction of the business.
* Lead the delivery of advice strategies from development through to implementation, ensuring compliance and high standards at every stage.
* Play an active role in mentoring, coaching, and supporting the development of team members.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of strategic capability, strong relationship management skills and a genuine passion for supporting clients. You will have:
* Certified Financial Planner designation and Authorised Representative status.
* Proven ability to deliver high-quality, technically sound advice with a client-first mindset.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex strategies and build strong relationships.
* High level of self-motivation, time management, and attention to detail.
* Strong business acumen with a drive to identify opportunities and contribute to the firm's strategic goals.
* Experience with financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite.
