Working closely with Employment Coaches and Employer Engagement Officers you will provide customers and employers with optimal solutions to sustainable employment outcomes. You will empower our customers, supporting them to sustain employment, building their independence and improving their wellbeing. It is an engaging, challenging and rewarding role. Being a Post Placement Support Officer involves: Providing quality post placement support that establishes effective relationships with customers and employers from 12-weeks to 26-weeks of employment. Providing mentoring, guidance and high levels of support that can be supported through the Employment Fund. Being determined to ensure that every participant and their employer is provided with the most appropriate support to ensure sustainable employment outcomes. Liaising effectively with employers to understand their requirements and fostering an environment that creates open communication regarding a customer's progress. Being flexible to deliver quality post placement support to customers and employers within their work environment. Ensuring a thorough understanding of contractual and legislative requirements.
