Job Title: Regional Service Delivery Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and forward-thinking leader to oversee the operational delivery of our Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) programs across a designated region.
As Regional Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compliant services that drive performance, foster stakeholder relationships, and support sustainable employment and social inclusion.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the operational delivery of IEA programs across multiple locations, ensuring consistent, high-quality, and compliant services.
2. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with employers, government agencies, training providers, and community organisations.
3. Champion a human-centred approach, tailoring support to guide participants into meaningful employment.
4. Monitor performance against contractual KPIs, including employment outcomes and retention benchmarks.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, contractual obligations, and internal policies, including audit readiness.
6. Manage financial and operational performance, contributing to forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
7. Support quality assurance processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience managing multi-site operations within employment services, disability services, or a related human services sector.
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Services, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
* Proven leadership capability, with experience in leading and managing a team to achieve performance targets.
* Demonstrated understanding of the Inclusive Employment Australia framework, including performance management, compliance, and contractual obligations.
* Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build strategic partnerships.
* Australian work authorisation required at the time of application.
