Are you a strategic and technically astute marketing professional with a passion for cutting-edge laser technology? Do you thrive on identifying market opportunities, defining innovative products, and shaping the future of a global portfolio? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic Lumibird Medical team as the Ellex Brand Global Upstream Marketing Product Manager.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the Ellex products strategic direction and lifecycle management of our product portfolio from ideation through launch. You will be the voice of the customer and the market, translating insights into compelling product roadmaps that drive growth and solidify our leadership position in key industries.

You will be working in collaboration with the Corporate Lumibird Medical Marketing team and reporting to the Corporate Lumibird Medical Laser Range Manager.

Examples of Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis & Segmentation: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and strategic growth opportunities.
2. Ellex Product Strategy & Roadmap Development: Define and champion the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our global laser portfolio. Translate market insights into clear product requirements, business cases, and value propositions.
3. New Product Introduction (NPI): Lead cross-functional NPI teams from concept to launch, collaborating closely with R&D, engineering, sales, and operations to ensure successful product development and market readiness.
4. Business Case Development: Develop comprehensive business cases for new product initiatives, including market sizing, financial projections, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
5. Technology Scouting & Partnership Identification: Monitor technological advancements and evaluate potential partnerships or acquisitions that could enhance our laser product offerings.
6. Voice of Customer (VOC): Establish strong relationships with key customers, industry experts, and opinion leaders to gather insights and validate product concepts.
7. Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product enhancements, cost reductions, and end-of-life strategies.
8. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with downstream marketing and sales teams to develop compelling sales tools, training materials, and collateral to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.

Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in marketing or business strongly preferred (MBA or advanced degree in Marketing is highly desirable).
* 5+ years of progressive experience in product management or upstream marketing; Healthcare industry, and/or medical device experience preferred.
* Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and new product development processes.
* Strong leadership, business acumen, analytical skills and results driven.
* Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling value propositions for diverse audiences.
* Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.
* Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50%) as required.
