Remote Area Nurse | Northern Territory | Permanent full time

Benefits
* $2000 curis bonus when you complete the first three months
* Permanent full time position - with remote leave paid and provided every 12 weeks
* Base salary from $135,356.00 plus on-call allowance and 12% super
* 6 weeks annual leave + 18% leave loading
* 15 personal leave days + 10 days paid study leave per year
* Salary of up to $135,356.00 base plus 12% super
* Salary packaging of up to $15,996.00 per annum
* $2650 meals and entertainment card
* Fully furnished housing provided free
* Six weeks annual leave PLUS remote isolation leave every 12 weeks which is an additional 2 days off paid leave plus $1200
* Relocation expenses can be negotiated, and you will be supported with this
* Monday to Friday role – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with rotating on-call roster
The Role
You will be working in a remote Aboriginal community in the stunning Top End region of the Northern Territory, working within a close-knit and supportive health team.
As part of your role you will provide:
* Primary and preventative health care
* Chronic disease management and health screening
* Acute and emergency care (on-call support as needed)
* Outreach services and home visits
* Mentorship to Aboriginal Health Practitioners and support staff
The organisation offers excellent support for nurses transitioning into remote work, including clinical backup, orientation, and ongoing development opportunities.
To be eligible you must:
* Fully registered with AHPRA with no restrictions
* Ideally minimum of 3 years experience within remote, acute, primary health, community health or rural nursing
* Strong clinical and triage skills
* Manual Driver's Licence
