* Current registration with AHPRA as a specialist anaesthetist
* N NSW Hospital paperwork (LHD specific)
* N SW Health online training modules
* Immunisations/vaccinations
* Primary degree and fellowship certification (if applicable)
* References and credentials check
* CRC and N NSW WWCC
* Indemnity insurance and Medicare provider number
* ID check and N NSW declarations
