Position Description With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join their team. Reporting directly to the Transactional Team Leader, the role will include but not be limited to: Managing a debtors ledger of national accounts Daily reconciliation of the accounts Follow up on outstanding debt Daily banking Allocation and receipting of payments Review and set up new accounts and customers, including the completion of credit checks Providing high level of customer support to varying internal and external stakeholders Ad hoc tasks as required to assist the broader finance team Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have proven Accounts Receivable & Credit experience within a large scale organisation, as well as the following attributes: 5 years experience managing a multi-million dollar ledger Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Personable nature and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders Strong interpersonal and influencing skills Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Additional Benefits Office based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne with excellent flexible / hybrid working arrangements Key role within the finance tam Job security in a permanent role Attractive salary offering ($75,000 - $80,000 super dependent on experience) Modern office facilities Supportive environment, promoting growth and development of employees, creating a high performance culture How to apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
