Casual Disability Support Workers (Individual Support)
Join our Individual Support team and make a real difference every day.
You'll work one-on-one or with small groups, mostly in the community and sometimes in people's homes, where no two days are ever the same.
Responsibilities
Support people to achieve their goals and live life on their terms
Lead fun and meaningful activities, from social outings to community events
Assist with daily life tasks, which could include meal prep, personal care, and mobility
Create opportunities for connection, relationships, and personal growth
Help participants get out and about, whether shopping, appointments, or events
Bring your energy, compassion, and creativity, and help people thrive and be part of a team that truly values what you do
About You
We're looking for people who are genuinely passionate about supporting people with disability and helping them live their best lives.
You may have previous experience in disability support, community services, education or similar, but what matters most is your dedication, empathy, and drive to make a real difference.

Current Unencumbered Driver's Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Employee Working with Children Check
National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (prior to commencement)
Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
