As a senior case manager, you will be responsible for supporting customers through our Case Management and Injury Management programs. This role requires the ability to develop trusted relationships with customers, ensure all case management actions are completed on time, and provide ideas and innovations that support the team in being better.
* Experience in case management within WA Workers Compensation is essential.
* You must have an empathetic style and customer-focused approach, allowing you to 'walk in our customer's shoes'.
* Able to handle challenging situations and act professionally and responsively.
