Manage and lead a small, motivated sales team, implementing sales strategies set targets, working closely with the marketing team.
Identify, evaluate, and develop new markets and channel opportunities.
Review market analysis to determine customer needs, price schedules and discount rebates.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required. Ideally you will have:
Previous experience in Reginal / National Sales Management or similar role is highly regarded.
Proven Successful team engagement and leadership.
Excellent verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
