About the Role
BMD is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Electrical) to deliver a major Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) project on the Central Coast. This is a key role within our project team, providing onsite engineering services and technical support to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, design and contractual requirements.
You will draw on your experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects to lead and mentor Project Engineers, Site Engineers and Graduates, driving innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee electrical engineering aspects of a large-scale WWTP project
* Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards, OH&S and environmental requirements
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, project managers, clients, superintendents and consultants
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
Skills and Experience
* Proven project engineering experience with reputable contractors
* Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering
* Demonstrated experience delivering water/wastewater projects
* Strong understanding of specifications, quality, OH&S and environmental compliance
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
