This will be to fill predominately morning shifts.This position is responsible for coordinating person-centred care to residents and supervision of staff across one or more clusters within the residential care facility. Working collaboratively within a professional team to provide excellent care and to improve the independence and quality of life of all residents. Loreto is a 24-hour, 36 bed Aged Care Facility.
