We're looking for a dedicated Care Advisor to join our team in Daley's Point where you will be responsible for networking in the Central Coast community focusing on our Referral Partner Network to generate service enquiries and attending the initial consultation with prospective clients. You will be the first face many of our clients will see and a brand ambassador in your local community.

The Care Advisor will be responsible for the initial enquiry experience for potential new clients and other stakeholders' service requests while development and maintaining positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
* Consultatively sell Dovida services to prospective clients and gain commitment while making recommendations that will best benefit the client
* Coordinate & organise care consultations to discover client needs and ensure we
* Follow up on all client leads and referrals including answering client or client family members enquiries to assist them to find the most suitable home care option for their needs and circumstances.
* Networking in the community to promote the Dovida brand and generating service enquiries by engaging and building relationships with our referral partner network across Central Coast
About you:
* Previous and relevant experience working with seniors or aged care
* Experience with different care services and Home Care Packages highly desired
* Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services highly advantageousStrong engagement, influencing and negotiating skills and effective communicator
* Excellent customer service skills and demonstrated problem solving abilities
* Consultative and resilient, sales-orientated mindset
