We're searching for an experienced Product Information Governance Lead to join us on our journey to be the trades most valued partner.
About the Opportunity
The Product Information Governance Lead manages the rules, processes and quality standards for our product information management systems. Working closely with the merchandising and other support centre teams, you'll ensure that we have product information available in the formats that our customers need, creating standards for existing products and reviewing requests for new information types to ensure that they align with our product information strategy.
This is a key role that will contribute to the development, sales and growth of our private label brands that assist in creating a customer driven product portfolio that gives our branch network a distinct competitive advantage.

Experience working with large product catalogues opening in a variety of segments, in a similar complex retail environment
A deep understanding of information governance and standards enforcement
Experience with digital transformation projects in large organisations
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships along with outstanding communication skills
Solid problem solving and conflict management skills, with an ability to resolve issues
