As a Marketing Coordinator at ANZUK Education, you won’t just run campaigns; you’ll build and scale the performance marketing foundations that support our growth across multiple education brands and regions.
Your first few months:
You’ll build a strong foundation across our brand, systems, and creative workflows. During this time, you will:
* Get fully across our brand guidelines, tone of voice, and marketing processes
* Learn to confidently update and maintain website content through WordPress
* Support the planning, creation, and scheduling of organic social media content
* Produce visually aligned assets in Canva, strengthening your design eye and brand familiarity
* Begin managing our visual asset library, working with internal teams and photographers
* Write and edit content including blogs, EDMs, and announcements, applying consistent quality and tone
* Coordinate merch orders and support internal and event-based marketing needs
* Build strong working relationships with the creative team and key internal stakeholders
* Develop strong organisation habits to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
By your first year, you’ll:
* Own content calendars and lead specific social media streams
* Manage ongoing website content and optimisation
* Support blog strategy and improve content using analytics
* Enhance your skills in design, content planning and brand storytelling
* Partner with teams across the business to deliver marketing support
* Contribute to events, campaigns, and national marketing initiatives
* Take on more autonomy in projects and explore pathways in digital, content, or brand
From there, you’ll have the opportunity to:
* Take ownership of social content strategy across specific portfolios or campaigns
* Step into broader digital marketing responsibilities
* Lead components of website optimisation and content planning
* Support national event campaigns and brand activations
* Grow into specialist pathways across design, content, digital, or broader marketing

What you’ll be doing
* Working closely with Consultants and local teams to align performance activity with real hiring needs
* Managing and optimising Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads as a primary acquisition channel
* Supporting and optimising Google Ads across brands and regions
* Consolidating, cleaning up and maintaining GA4 across multiple sites and markets
* Setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting conversion tracking, events and integrations
* Ensuring CRM and offline conversions are accurately captured and reported
* Owning EDM performance, including campaign setup, optimisation and reporting
* Testing audiences, creatives, messaging and landing pages
* Analysing performance data and providing clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
About you
You’re a proactive, organised and creative marketer who’s ready to take the next step in your career. You enjoy balancing handson content creation with thoughtful planning and take pride in delivering work that reflects a strong brand
* A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a similar field
* 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, digital, or communications role
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines and workstreams
* Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
* Confidence creating engaging content across key social media platforms
* The ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a creative team
Nice to have
* Experience maintaining and updating websites in WordPress
* Capability using Canva or similar tools, with an eye for visual design and brand alignment
* Experience coordinating with photographers or managing visual asset libraries
* Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms
* Experience writing or managing blogs, EDMs, or internal communications
* Exposure to merchandise ordering or coordinating marketing materials for events
