About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned and people‐centred Director Workforce Management to join our People and Culture team. * Drive change and service improvement through insight, data and a deep understanding of business and community needs.
* Build leadership capability across the organisation by mentoring and empowering leaders to lead their people with confidence.

What you'll bring

* Flexibility and agility to the role, with deep HR expertise and a strong track record of impact.
* Strong professional credibility across workforce management and broader people disciplines.
* Pragmatic and commercially astute, with a clear appreciation of the business and the community it serves.
* Highly skilled in influencing, educating and partnering with leaders to deliver contemporary and innovative workforce solutions.
* Emotionally intelligent and resilient, with the ability to navigate complexity and lead through challenging conversations.
* Operates with the highest levels of integrity and ethics, with the confidence to advocate for what is right.

Why Join us?
