About The Opportunity
You will be leading two housekeeping teams of roughly 10 staff each to deliver an exceptional housekeeping experience. This will include:
* Liaising with our Village Managers
* Working with our Housekeeping Supervisors
* Overseeing our Housekeeping teams
* Monitoring efficiency
* Setting standards
* Providing mentorship
* Offering career growth
* Leading by example
Our Moranbah and Dysart villages house 400-600 residents and guests, where we service the housekeeping needs of their accommodation.
This is a permanent full-time position on a 14:7 roster (two weeks living on site and one week at home for what matters most).
Candidates are welcome to work from our local communities, drive from nearby towns, catch our free staff bus from Mackay, or use our flight option from Brisbane.

About You
* Experience in housekeeping leadership
* Passion and commitment to safety
* Unlimited working rights within Australia (sponsorship NOT available)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including alcohol and drug screening)
* Current Driver's License
