About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical services to diagnose, treat, and manage patients' health effectively.
In this advanced scope of practice role, you will work autonomously, performing advanced physical assessments, prescribing medications, and implementing changes to clinical practice in line with national legislation and professional standards.
Your leadership will shape the clinical standards and support the delivery of high-quality care across a diverse patient group.
* Current NMBA registration as a Registered Nurse with an endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner.
* Extensive clinical experience and expert knowledge in emergency care.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A commitment to continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
* A thorough understanding of contemporary policy and regulatory obligations in healthcare.
