Our ClientOur client is a progressive and diverse international property firm with a boutique property management division located in inner city Brisbane.
They are looking to appoint a Senior Property Managerto manage and oversee a successful property portfolio located in South/West Brisbane.
You will be well supported with a dedicated Leasing Manager who will provide valuable support in the leasing aspect of the portfolio.
You will report to a supportive Operations Manager and be empowered to run the portfolio autonomously.
Our client is a long standing and well respected property services firm who specialise in development, commercial and residential.
The successful candidate will be joining a professional and progressive industry leader.
This role will be predominately working from home and on the road.
The Role
This role is a Senior Property Manager role overseeing the management of a portfolio located mostly in the Ipswich/Logan corridor.
You will manage the portfolio of approximately 150 properties with the assistance of a full time Leasing Consultant.
The role will be predominately based at home with field work requirements and attendance at team meetings in head office based in West End.
This role will include -
* Communication with various stakeholders including investment owners, tenants and suppliers
* Conducting of Entry and Exit Condition Reports
* Conducting Routine Inspections and follow up reporting
* Maintenance coordination
* Arrears management
* Negotiation and execution of lease renewals
* QCAT and RTA Conciliations where required
* Bond finalisations
About You
In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated, client focused individual who is willing to work hard and be part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will also require -
* Minimum 3 years property management experience
* Current QLD Certificate of Registration
* Valid drivers licence
* Strong client service skills and a customer focused mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management skills
