Job Title: Maintenance and Facilities Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Maintenance and Facilities Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage maintenance work, including building and asset maintenance.
* Implement and update preventive maintenance plans to ensure optimal facility condition.
* Oversee utilities management, including electricity, water, sewage, ventilation, heating, and reconstruction projects.
* Coordinate equipment and vehicle maintenance.
Additional Job Duties:
* Assist with room bookings, catering, and accommodation arrangements.
* Maintain visitor records and communicate visitor calendars to management.
* Coordinate employee meetings, venue selection, and catering.
* Plan facility events, such as BBQs and refreshments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field.
* Experience in office management and coordination.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software applications.
* Ability to pass a National Police Check.
* Current Driver's License.
