Introduction

In this role, you will develop and manage relationships to build successful partnerships and deliver quality opportunities for our customers. You will be a champion of the business as an employment service partner of choice. If you're committed and ready for a challenge, great things are within your reach.


The opportunity

* Utilize your sales and relationship skills to source new employment opportunities
* Empower and connect customers to sustainable employment
* Interview and match customers to appropriate jobs based on your experience
* Engage within your community to make a difference and support people through change


About You

* Experience in sales and a passion for business development
* Experience achieving and exceeding targets
* Developing and maintaining customer relationships with a focus on customer care
* Excellent communication skills
* Strategic thinking with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving
* Ability to obtain a Working with Children Card
