The company has nearly doubled their ARR in the last year; it is PE-backed and ready to scale. Their existing customer base is in Australia and overseas.
Job Description
The GM will lead the business, driving growth onshore and offshore. The GM will have broad leadership responsibilities across Sales Operations, building multiple partnership channels, Product, and Marketing. You will drive the strategy and execution required across operations to scale the business efficiently, overseeing all operations. You will inspire, coach and lead a growing team of 20 +
The Successful Applicant
You will have extensive experience working in growing B2B SaaS companies with a solid understanding of the operational metrics required to scale a business. You will have a track record as an inspirational leader who has worked with teams to build careers and deliver growth. As the General Manager, you will understand SaaS company's implementation, onboarding, and ops processes, ideally with a passion for or understanding of logistics software.
You will have expertise in scaling and building multiple partnership channels, leading outbound sales teams with excellent marketing expertise, with a focus on digital marketing, product and growth marketing, SEO and PPC.
You will be comfortable with data-based reporting to drive performance and enjoy leading a diverse and multi-location team before, knowing the importance of empowering your team but also being comfortable with rolling up your sleeves.
