The role involves providing strategic analysis of sales performance and stock/purchasing control to ensure maximised sales and identified opportunities. This includes preparing reports and analysing data, as well as identifying any opportunities and risks that may impact the brand.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree/qualification in relevant field (i.e. Fashion Merchandising, Business, Finance, Analytics)
- Demonstrated experience working as a Planning Analyst/Assistant Planner/Planner
- Exposure to sales budgets and experience using historical data to predict future trends
- Confidence in analytical skills to make high-impact decisions regarding the category
- Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of Retail Supply Chain Management
- Understanding of technology implementation and its impact on supply chain strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication with all levels of stakeholders
