About the Role
You will assist in managing, motivating, and coaching the in-store team at our Sydney Airport Store.
This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week.
We encourage applicants who share our company values and can make every customer's day when they visit our store.
Duties/Responsibilities
* Lead by example, creating memorable and genuine customer connections.
* Assist in the training and development of your team to achieve set objectives.
* Prior experience in visual merchandising is desirable.
* You will be responsible for managing high stock volumes and visual displays.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager on back-of-house tasks such as rostering and reporting.
