We are searching for a high-performing Business Development Manager with strong experience in the ophthalmic or optometry industry to drive the national growth of this rapidly emerging product category.

The Opportunity
As the BDM – Ocular Health, you will:
Sell InMode's Envision platform to ophthalmologists, optometrists, and eye-care clinics
Build and manage your own territory, with monthly and annual sales targets
Educate clinicians on dry eye treatment workflows and the value of RF/IPL technology
Host workshops, demos, and clinical education events
Develop long-term partnerships with eye-care specialists
Enjoy strong support from a collaborative national team across Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Service
This is a high-impact role suited to someone who is commercially driven, clinically confident, and ready to lead the growth of a new business vertical.
What You Bring
3+ years in ophthalmology or optometry capital equipment sales (preferred)
Proven success achieving or exceeding sales targets
Ability to influence ophthalmologists, optometrists, practice managers & clinical teams
Strong technical and clinical communication skills
Self-motivated, solutions-focused, and commercially astute
Comfortable selling high-value capital equipment and building a new market
