Administrative Support Role
This is a part-time opportunity to provide high-quality administrative support for early learning centres and out-of-school hours care services.
You will work closely with the Customer Care Team Manager to ensure seamless service delivery and continuity in their absence.
The ideal candidate will have experience with QikKids or Xplor systems, knowledge of childcare administration processes, and excellent communication skills.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing effective overlap and capability with the Manager
* Supporting organisational compliance requirements
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Customer Care Team Manager
* Assisting with direct debit processing and debt management
The successful candidate will possess a positive, proactive attitude, strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently.
This role involves working 22.5 hours per week on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with potential for additional hours.
