About the Opportunity
This role involves conducting inspections of construction materials, workmanship and completed works to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate records, documenting findings, test results, non-conformances and recommended corrective actions
* Provide technical guidance to contractors, attend project meetings and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in construction inspection or a related field
* Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices and building codes
