Wings Early Learning Ripley is a brand new, purpose-built 120 place early learning centre committed to providing high-quality early education and care. We have now opened and are searching for one more ECT to join our amazing team!

We are committed to creating a sustainable environment for our children's future. Our centre will have solar electricity, water tank to harvest rainwater for our plentiful gardens. In addition, we believe in the importance of nature play for children's development and wish to include Bush Kindy into our curriculum. Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* Experience in a leadership or management role (including as an ECT or Educational Leader) within an early childhood education and care setting – ideally a larger service such as this one.
* A completed Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Graduate Diploma (or graduating within the coming month)
* A current Blue Card and ACECQA approved First Aid qualifications
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and value customer service
* A passion for providing high-quality care and education to children and mentoring educators
* Have a long-term career view with the opportunity to grow with the business.
* Bush kindy experience will be favourable
