Role
Leasing & Business Development Manager (地产租赁客户开发经理) – Camberwell, Melbourne
Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 + commission
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and convert new landlord/investor clients.
* Build and manage strong relationships with high‐value property owners.
* Identify and establish strategic partnerships (agents, developers, hotel assets, etc.).
* Expand business channels and create sustainable deal pipelines.
* Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding and asset optimisation strategy.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or business development in Australia.
* Strong track record in key account management.
* Existing industry network or channel resources (agents, developers, hotel assets preferred).
* Ability to independently build partnerships and drive revenue.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and execution‐focused.
* Passion for real estate, travel, and emerging technologies (AI is a plus).
