About the Role
Are you a hospitality pro with a knack for numbers and a sharp eye for detail? ALH Hotels is looking for a Venue Support Officer to become the backbone of our pub operations.
This isn't just a desk job; it’s a dynamic role where you’ll bridge the gap between the office and the floor. You’ll ensure our financial systems are watertight, our stock is accounted for, and our compliance is ironclad—all while jumping in to support the team during those high-energy peak trading periods.
Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be the \"go-to\" person for the Venue Manager, handling the critical behind-the-scenes tasks that keep the doors open and the beer flowing:
* Financial & Admin: Perform reconciliations, manage POS systems, and maintain data integrity across company platforms.
* Compliance & Stock: Lead stocktakes, investigate cash/stock variances, and ensure the venue meets all audit and safety requirements.
* Operational Support: Maintain employee training records and generate reports to help the management team make informed decisions.
* On-the-Floor Action: We’re all one team! You’ll assist the crew on the floor during busy shifts to ensure our guests have an amazing experience.
What You’ll Bring

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
