Job Title: Parks Team Lead
A leading government authority based in Singleton, New South Wales, is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Team Leader for Parks. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small team and managing various aspects related to park maintenance and development.
* Key tasks include planning and implementing maintenance schedules, coordinating with operational teams, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate should possess a Certificate III in Horticulture or a related field. Additionally, they should have sufficient experience in team management, project coordination, and administration.
* Maintenance Schedules: Develop weekly/monthly/yearly maintenance plans tailored to meet the needs of each park site.
* Operational Procedures: Liaise regularly with operations teams regarding staffing requirements (daily/shift) including inventory management within said positions giving due notice etc so long as stated hereafter
