Property Conveyancer Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Property Conveyancer to join our team in Tanunda, South Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end conveyancing process for private contracts, property settlements, family and matrimonial transfers, and land divisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the conveyancing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
* Nurture relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, including real estate agents, brokers, and banks.
* Prepare electronic payments using PEXA to complete settlements and payments of outstanding rates and taxes.
* Conduct searches, lodge applications, and documents using online platforms and portals.
* Ensure full compliance with regulations governing Trust Account use and operation.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in a Conveyancing role, running own files, and a current Conveyancing License.
* Strong knowledge of property law and external factors influencing the industry.
* A natural ability to master details in pursuit of delivering high-quality client experiences.
* Experience using PEXA and online platforms to conduct searches and lodge applications.
* A sound understanding of Trust Account regulations.
