What You'll Do
Manage Data Accuracy: reconcile daily, weekly and monthly ULD movements and transactions between distribution centres, vendors and carriers.
Maintain System Integrity: import data into, and ensure the accuracy of, the 2IC equipment control system and its database.
Drive Compliance: maintain 100% account compliance by performing daily checks and ensuring adherence to written procedures for equipment movement.
Troubleshoot and Resolve: address all unprocessed movements and proactively investigate repeated instances of incorrect or rejected transactions to implement permanent solutions.
Mitigate Loss: investigate thoroughly and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce pallet loss, hire charges and exposure.
Audit and Stocktake: audit the recording of equipment movements from various sources and coordinate/participate in monthly and quarterly ULD stocktakes.
Stakeholder Support: troubleshoot queries and equipment movement exceptions on time and accurately, maintaining effective relationships with internal and external partners.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in a Pallet Controller position.
Direct experience utilising the 2IC equipment control system.
A proactive, team-oriented approach and a strong drive for improvement, speed and cost-efficiency.
Exceptional focus on quality and accuracy, with high levels of data-entry speed and analytical reporting.
Analytical approach and the ability to work systematically to meet regular reporting deadlines.
A commitment to professionalism, demonstrated by strong capabilities in Accountability & Decision Making, Collaboration and Communication/Influence.
