About this Role
This role is responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for residents by planning and executing events that cater to their diverse interests.
You will work closely with the Community and Leasing teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, and each event supports resident satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a brand ambassador by consistently representing the company's core values.
* Develop and deliver high-quality events and programs tailored to the interests and needs of residents.
* Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and local businesses to source event supplies and negotiate partnerships.
* Manage logistical aspects of events including planning, execution, budgets, bookings, supplier compliance, and on-site coordination.
* Liaise with internal teams to align events with marketing campaigns and leasing objectives.
* Capture and share content from events across marketing channels.
* Ensure timely reporting and evaluation of event performance and budget tracking.
* Maintain compliance with relevant policies and regulations during event delivery.
* Contribute to outreach marketing efforts and community awareness through local engagement and brand promotion.
* Support broader leasing and retention strategies by encouraging resident renewals and community referrals.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in event coordination or a similar role.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
* Creative mindset with a passion for creating inclusive resident experiences.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
