Overview
Outpatient Services – Systems Administration Manager role at Northern Health. This role leads outpatient IT systems, supports leadership, develops dashboards, and delivers data analytics to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities
- First-level application support and user access management
- Liaising with vendors and IT to resolve incidents and manage system enhancements
- Supporting end users with training and documentation
- Delivering monthly performance reports and contributing to leadership meetings
- Leading strategic projects and system upgrades
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement in outpatient services
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Management, Project Management, Healthcare Management, Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in project delivery within healthcare
- Strong knowledge of outpatient IT systems (e.g., Q-Flow, Referral Manager, CISCO)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes aligned with Northern Health’s values: Safe, Kind, Together
