Job Description The Role: We have an opportunity for a Learning Advisor plays a key role in coordinating and supporting the development and delivery of learning programs within the organisation. This position supports the execution of training programs, helps with designing content fit for use, and serves as the central point of contact for learners, facilitators, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Developing training sessions, booking venues, and coordinating facilitators and resources Registering learners and managing training invitations and attendance tracking Tracking and reporting on training completion and participation metrics Providing support and training to users and internal stakeholders Evaluating and revising programs based on feedback and performance metrics Supporting the design of instructional strategies, learning pathways, and program outlines Supporting with collaborating with SMEs to gather and structure content Supporting with integrating learning technology tools and platforms into course design
