Join Pegasystems' Consulting organization as a Consulting Solutions Executive (CSE), where you will play a key role in driving professional services business development across new and existing enterprise clients, providing both growth opportunity and immediate pipeline exposure.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to define, scope, and contract digital transformation engagements that support Pega's enterprise clients. You will maintain strong senior‑level client relationships to ensure successful delivery outcomes and contribute directly to license and services growth.
Based in Sydney, this role supports Enterprise and Growth accounts across Australia, working with some of the region's most complex and strategic organisations.

What You'll Do At Pega
Drive consulting revenue by defining and selling professional services engagements across Enterprise and Growth accounts
Support achievement of annual software license quota through close partnership with SalesLead scoping, sizing, and proposal development for Pega implementations
Advocate for best‑practice delivery approaches throughout the sales and pre‑sales lifecycle
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership
Provide structured field feedback to Pega product management and engineering teams
Achieve and maintain required Pega certifications and role‑based training
Who You Are
You are a consultative professional with proven experience in professional services business development, ideally within enterprise technology or digital transformation environments. You are comfortable operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and positioning services alongside enterprise software solutions.
You bring strong executive presence, communicate with clarity and confidence, and are able to establish credibility with senior client leaders. You are proactive, adaptable, and motivated by working on challenging, high‑value client engagements.
What You've Accomplished
7+ years' experience selling and contracting professional services and/or enterprise software
Experience supporting enterprise‑level digital transformation initiatives
Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams
Ability to achieve role‑based Pega certifications and complete required training
Experience working with large, complex organisations and executive‑level buyers
Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential (Business or Technical)
