If so, we invite you to join our team as a Sales Manager._

PanzerGlass is a globally renowned brand in screen protection. In this role, you will effectively manage distribution and retail operations in Australia. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, Australia and New Zealand, as the Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth for designated major accessory retailers, carriers, and independent outlets. You will work closely and collaboratively with various internal teams, including Marketing and Products, to develop and grow the overall consumer segment. This hands-on position requires a strategic, results-driven professional who thrives on establishing strong partnerships and achieving significant sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
Join us at PanzerGlass as Sales Manager Australia and take on an important role in shaping our market presence across Australia. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for:

- Creating and executing sales and marketing plans tailored to our designated retail customers throughout Australia.
- Managing the health of distribution partners' inventory and orders, ensuring efficient new product setups, price list management, and credit processing.
- Coordinating key launch materials with major partners to ensure PanzerGlass products are prominently featured and developing sellout plans and programs for all retail partners.
- Ensuring the CRM system is up to date with leads and opportunities and maintaining accurate forecasts.
- Taking budgetary responsibility for achieving overall revenue, volume, and KPI targets set in Australia.
- Implementing and executing quarterly business reviews and Joint Business Plans with key customers in the market to drive mutual growth and success.

**Your profile**
To thrive in this role, you must have at least 5 years of sales experience in either telecommunications accessories or consumer electronics products/accessories at a national strategic level. Proven relationships and management skills with key accounts such as JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman, Telstra, Optus, Officeworks, and Vodafone will be highly regarded.

We value a commercially astute individual who can analyse sales data and effectively manage inventory. Excellent communication and relationship management skills are essential, as you will collaborate with major accounts and stakeholders to drive sales growth and strategic initiatives.

Adaptability to the dynamic nature of the telecommunications and consumer electronics industries is key, and a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behaviour will contribute to your success in this role.
