Contract Details
* We offer a casual contract with consistent workload with our team at Mugga Lane, ACT
* Early starts from 6:00am to 7:30am, with shifts up to 10 hours per day
* Monday to Friday rotating roster - every second Sunday is required

What you'll be doing
* Operating a range of machinery across landfill to manage and compact waste, including dozers and compactors
* Performing laboring and clean-up duties
* Handling incoming waste: stockpiling, compacting, and processing materials
* Screening and sorting waste to ensure correct disposal
* Inspecting customer loads and managing different waste streams
What you'll bring
* Current driver license and experience is essential
* Ticket and experience with dozer and compactor
* Hands‐on experience as a plant operator; landfill or waste facility is preferred
* Willingness to work in a hands‐on environment
* Positive, team‐oriented attitude and commitment to safety
