Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to oversee the effective delivery of construction projects across multiple locations in Adelaide. This involves managing and coordinating the progress of jobs, ensuring that customer management and quality management standards are consistently maintained.
This entails working closely with the Construction Manager, Assistant Construction Manager, and Building Support Coordination Team to implement systematic communication channels and ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, ensuring all sites are compliant with WHS regulations and site management plans is crucial.
Effective time management, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities are essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will possess a proven understanding of residential construction processes, along with the ability to work with new builds at volume while driving outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in a construction site management or project management role within the housing and construction industry
* Building Contractors License / or minimum Building Supervisors license (class 1 and 2 up to 3 storeys)
* Knowledge and application of National Construction and Australian Standards codes
* Skilled in communicating, monitoring, and reaching volume targets and milestones
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and budget
* Ability to communicate with diverse range of people and build positive relationships
