Best Nest is on the look-out for a solutions focused individual to join our boutique property management team.
The position is administrative and would best suit someone who loves customer service, and finds personal reward in exceeding client outcomes.
The role is to work alongside the property management team to administratively handle repairs and maintenance for the properties we care for; liaising with trades, tenants and landlords to ensure repairs are triaged, quoted and finalised in a prompt and personalised manner.
High and varied levels of communication will be utilised whilst in the role, as we aim to provide quality customer experiences that surpass our client's expectations.
We are looking for:

* Strong computer literacy
* Practical knowledge of troubleshooting residential and rural maintenance is a bonus
* Full time: Mon-Fri
We provide full training and support for the role. Real Estate experience is not essential.
