Purpose
As a Room Attendant, you play a vital role in our Housekeeping department, dazzling guests by keeping rooms clean and attending to every detail. Your responsibilities extend beyond physical tasks to collaborating harmoniously within the team and helping guests as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean all sections of guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces to ensure an exceptional first impression.
Work diligently within established guidelines to achieve impeccable standards.
Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping them organized and well equipped.
Use cleaning materials safely and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.
Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort.
Report maintenance issues promptly, showing dedication to a flawless experience.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
Warm, welcoming communication style that makes guests and team members feel at home.
Eye for detail and efficient time management.
